Outliner in Edit.Outlining menu

If possible place the add-in in the Edit.Outlining menu with the others and not in de default Tools menu

Sign Add-in

Find out how to sign the add-in, so on install there is no message that it's not signed.

Outlining back to start position

When outlining is done the cursor is not where it started. Leave the cursor where it was before the outlining!

Existing outlining

All automatic outlining should still be available (regions, xml comment blocks, usings, ...)

Flickering when outlining

When running the add-in, you see every step the code does. This should be moved to the background, so the user doesn't see all his code flickering about.

Outline while you type

If a new selection or iteration statement is added to your code, outlining should be added to.
